No middleware platform like Zapier is required — the integration is direct and respects your CRM's existing permission model.

Native CRM AI is locked into a single vendor and exposes only a fixed set of agents. Septra is CRM-agnostic, deploys custom agents tuned to your sales motion and historical close data, and operates across your entire stack — including ad accounts, helpdesk and website chat — so the AI has one continuous memory instead of three siloed ones.

Will the AI hallucinate about my customers?

Every Septra agent runs through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) against your CRM. Answers must be grounded in retrieved records or the agent declines to answer and cites the missing data. Outputs include source citations linking back to the originating deal, email or document.

Where does my CRM data go? Is it used to train AI models?

No. Septra deploys into an isolated AWS account — yours or one we manage on your behalf. Data is retrieved at inference time and discarded; it is never sent to OpenAI, Anthropic or any model provider for training. We sign DPAs and BAAs as required and can deploy fully on-prem for regulated industries.

How long does an AI CRM integration take to deploy?
